2008-06-15 - 12:16 p.m. Mermaid Weekend with My Sister Next weekend my sister is coming up from North Carolina and we're going, all dressed up, to the Mermaid Art Parade on Coney Island. Val and I are quite alike yet quite different. We get on each other's nerves but we laugh a lot also; we always allow ourselves one grumpy argument per visit (OK! That was the argument part!), and one giggle-laugh-fest that we can't control, usually late-night. Can't wait!!!
